Frequently asked questions
Does the avatar have to be my own face?
No. You can create an avatar from your own photo or choose one of the ready-made avatars. If you use another person's photo, you need that person's explicit consent.
How long is a video?
A vertical video of about 30–35 seconds is produced, a length that suits Reels, TikTok and WhatsApp status.
How many photos should I upload?
You can upload up to 20 photos per listing; 8–13 photos give the best result. Only the first 13 photos, in the order you set, are used in the video. Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and view photos are placed in the order you set.
Can I change the script?
Yes. You can read and edit the AI-written script before production. The avatar speaks the final version.
Is it obvious that the video was made with AI?
The avatar looks realistic; to maintain buyers' trust, the video carries a small note saying it was made with AI. The photos of the home are your own real photos.
